Jaynic appoints Nicola Barber as marketing co-ordinator at Suffolk Park, Bury St Edmunds

Suffolk Park developer Jaynic has appointed Nicola Barber as marketing co-ordinator to support the marketing of the 2m sq ft business, manufacturing and distribution park at Bury St Edmunds.

Barber’s role is to co-ordinate the marketing, telemarketing and organisation of events at the park.

Development director Ben Oughton says: “Nicola has a wealth of experience in property marketing and with the pace of enquiries increasing at Suffolk Park it makes sense to have someone co-ordinating that on an ongoing basis.”

Barber lives in Whepstead near Bury St Edmunds. After graduating with a degree in marketing, Barber worked in commercial property from 2002 to 2013 with Carter Jonas in Cambridge where she co-ordinated the marketing of the commercial properties and schemes and worked with Jaynic managing director Nic Rumsey on the marketing of Haverhill Business Park for many years.

It has been busy at Suffolk Park over the last 12 months with two new logistics units completing at the end of November ready for prospective occupiers to move into. In addition, local companies Sealey and Treatt have already secured sites at Suffolk Park for major expansion.
