JAYNIC SHORTLISTED FOR IAS 2023 BEST OVERALL LOGISTICS PARK SCHEME AT SUFFOLK PARK, BURY ST EDMUNDS

Jaynic has been shortlisted by the Industrial Agents Society for its 2m sq ft Suffolk Park scheme, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, in the Best Overall Scheme Logistics Park Category, sponsored by CBRE.

Now in their 36th year, the IAS Awards remain widely recognised as the industry’s premier networking event, attended by the country’s leading agents, owners, occupiers, developers and funders of industrial & logistics real estate.

The gala awards evening to present the awards to the winners will take place on Tuesday 26th September 2023 at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House London in Park Lane, London, W1.

Suffolk Park received outline planning consent for the whole site in 2017, with 1.8m sq ft transacted to date. Occupiers including Greene King, Dellonda, Evri, Skechers, Bleckmann, Weerts Group NV, Treatt plc, MH Star UK Ltd, Unipart Group (NHS Supply Chain), Sealey and East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust.

Planning consent was received this year for two final units, one of 128,000 sq ft and another of 77,000 sq ft on Suffolk Park’s northern plot and are available on a pre-let or pre-sale basis.
